Forget the hotel minibar
Don’t follow hotel models. Hotels operate differently from apartments and have a different clientele. Who is your typical customer?
Don’t be afraid to stock the fridge
A well-stocked fridge sells better, and guests use your fridge only about 20% of the time on average. You can safely fill the rest. We recommend having at least 10 of each item.
Don’t overdo the selection
There’s no need to have 5 types of hard liquor or 2 types of juice. A few well-selling items that guests like are sufficient. Don’t forget to add snacks or olives with the wine.
Don’t fear theft
From our experience, theft is minimal, almost non-existent. It’s more likely that a guest forgets to pay. This also happens in restaurants.
Primarily local and original
Guests most appreciate local products that they can't buy at the supermarket. Offer local beer, wine, and souvenirs!
Don’t overdo the price
We recommend prices similar to a good local bar. It’s a good idea to publish the minibar menu on Airbnb directly in the photos. This way, guests won't be inclined to stock up in advance.

- Is it binding?
- No, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
- Is the installation complicated?
- Not at all! Just register and create your own menu for each apartment directly in the app. Then generate a QR code for each apartment, and you’re ready to go!
- How does payment work?
- Guests can pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card. The money will be automatically credited to your account every 14 days.
- Do guests need to download the app to pay?
- No. They just need to scan the QR code, and the app will open in their browser. They can then comfortably select and pay.
- Are QR payments secure?
- Yes, they are! We use the Stripe payment system, which is secure and certified. Your money is safe.
- Will guests run off without paying?
- No, they won’t. From our experience, theft is minimal. Guests want to enjoy their vacation and not deal with issues with the owners.
